Bio
Tonya Walton is a native of Cascade, Virginia. She is a highly regarded Health and Wellness professional. Tonya has excelled in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Her vast knowledge and experience have been an invaluable asset to the community. She is the co-founder of Krucial Fitness, a fitness management consulting company in Washington D.C. where she currently resides. Ms. Walton began her financial services industry career in 2016 as a regional marketing director for First Financial Security Inc. in Washington DC. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University in Blacksburg, VA in 1998. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She is a published author of ‘101 Ways to Successfully Age Gracefully’, an article on fall prevention and successful aging for the AARP Bulletin and other publications. She became a Research Associate of the Economics of Life Research Project and its component Doctors Economic Research Project in 2022. She is currently completing a preceptorship program as a Provisional New Economic Order Planning Program Counselor providing capital accumulation and capital distribution planning programs to doctors, business owners and executives, and other productive and affluent individuals that have been developed from findings of the Economics of Life Research Project and the Doctors’ Economic Research Project. Thousands of doctors, business owners and executives, and other productive and affluent individuals have participated in these research-based economic education programs and earnings management, saving management, and endowment creation planning programs since 1973. Tonya is a remarkably passionate and skilled professional who has helped countless individuals change their lives through positive habits and proven fitness and exercise routines. Her expertise has been sought in interviews with Busybodiesblog, AARP, and Channel 10 Fairfax Public Access to name a few. Tonya is always hungry to learn and even more eager to share her knowledge.
